I did not have to ait very long and everyone was very nice. Dr. Boyd works quickly and always answers my questions, he is the best.

Dr. Boyd spent less than two minutes in my room. He was very rushed. Did not offer more than one treatment, then did not discuss treatment with me at all.

It was a very quick appointment, and I felt a bit rushed in the explanation of my issues and in the discussion of my treatment. I have been visiting dermatologists for years so I have quite a bit of knowledge in the background of my conditions so luckily I understood what he was prescribing/why he was prescribing those treatments but I'm worried someone with less understanding would be confused and left with questions.

I wasn't informed as to whether my case would involve any lab work to determine any chances of cancer.

Was all very fast. The outcome was good, but I wish for just a bit more explanation of what was going to happen so that I had a chance to voice any concerns. Over all good.

Dr. Boyd is efficient with my time, yet he takes all necessary time to answer my questions.
