Safety and Fall Prevention Program

Healthy aging includes being aware of safety and reducing risk. Our program helps you do that by identifying and reducing your risk of falling or being injured in your home. Our physical and occupational therapists are dedicated to providing assessments, therapy and education to keep you safe and healthy.

We visit homes in Cheatham, Davidson, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson and Wilson counties.
