Ms. Winkler was incredible. Her attention to our questions and concerns far exceeded my expectations. She carefully explained the facts as they were but I left very secure with realistic expectations and without stress. Excellent experience and we felt like we made a new friend at Vanderbilt.

Liz was focused on me! She was very professional but still able to talk to me about things I needed to know to improve and speed up my recovery after my surgery. She gave me hope! Please forgive me, but on that day, at that time, Elizabeth Winkler was my guardian Angel!
