Great experience having an appointment here everyone was nice from the security guard on up to the doctor. Dr Tewfek is a great doctor you can tell he cares and loves what he does. He sat and listened to my questions and concerns and then explained what was going on. I drove 3 and a half hours to this facility and I will do it again it was all worth it. The doctors in Memphis could learn so much from you all they are rude here and will tell you to schedule a surgery and not explain or care what's going on it's just sad.

Dr Lee came in first and was very friendly and polite and professional.

My problem was not addressed. The doctor was very friendly, but the examination was cursory at best and little attention was paid to my problem. It seemed the doctor had made up their mind before seeing me, and that decision was that I had no problem. My medical condition continues unabated nearly a week later.

Dr. Tawfik was very clear spoken; asking if I had any questions after describing my surgery & explaining when I did have questions.
