The Patient Rating score is an average of all responses to care provider-related questions on the nationally-recognized Press Ganey Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.
Patient Comments are gathered from the Press Ganey Patient Experience Survey and displayed in full. Patients are not identified in order to respect patient privacy.
It is possible some providers have not received the minimum of returned surveys we use to calculate the ratings and therefore have no ratings posted yet.
The appointment options you see will depend on your answers to the online scheduling questions. We may suggest additional providers and times as you proceed.
