Came in for a yearly exam and didn't receive it because of miss communication. He jumped to the everything's fine conclusion when I told him about my multiple symptoms that I've been dealing with. When the very sweet phlebotomist was trying to talk to me and explain something about where to go to have labs done, the doctor came and cut her off and corrected her like she was giving me bad information. He seems like a nice enough person, but he needs some help with his listening and people skills.
