I have been seeing my provider for 10 years now, he knows my problems and concerns, cares about me personally and will discuss everything with me to help me with this process.

Dr. Sriram always takes his time with me and listens to all of my concerns. He is also suggesting new treatment options.

This is actually the first time I have felt like this MD (and this practice in general) actually listened to me. Other times I have felt gaslit when I explained my symptoms or issues. Maybe it is because there was a fellow in the room also and there was teaching going on. I also received a more thorough neuro exam (which was not normal) and some follow up testing without having to ask for it and explain my rationale (which I shouldn't have to do).

I think Doctor already had his mind made up about my condition, or diagnosis, before he even checked me out. No answers to any of my neurological problems. If my diagnosis was wrong by another physician, then what is the correct diagnosis?. No offer to even find out the real problem. Also was taken off of my perscription Tramadol, as he said, an opioid medication. He gave me no instruction on how to come off of this!!! Have been taking this since 2004! (almost 20yrs). Have had terrible symptoms coming off.

Dr Rohm was great! He saw me before Dr Sriram came in. They both talked with me. They are REALLY attentive to what I was describing
