Christopher M. Sobey MD

Dr. Sobey is an excellent doctor. He always listens to everything I have to say, and takes all of it in to consideration. He cares very much about his patients needs and in my option he provides the best possible care he can. He never shoves a bag of pills at you, and I'm so thankful he doesn't. He always tries to manage your pain with exercise and other healthy ways. I'm thankful every day God brought him, and the rest of the team an Vanderbilt Pain Management into my life.

I was very relieved that Dr. Sobey explained what I had questions about and what would happen to me if I did not have this surgery and what to expect after my surgery. Most of all I was so happy that he listened to me about the level of my pain for the past 8 months and finally prescribed me a very mild pain reliever which is working wonderfully. No one had taken the time to talk to me before Dr. Sobey and he eased all of my fears nd put me at ease.
