His English is clear and understandable but his direction is not clear. The visit before this one, I waited several days after the MRI to hear from his office, and did not. I finally sent a message through the portal asking if someone was going to call me. They responded (which was nice) that he would not call and I needed to make an appointment to come back in. A similar situation happened this time. At the end of the office visit, he walked out and had said 'let's go make a follow up appt for 6 weeks' and I thought he was leading me to a different nurses station, when he just walked into another door. I was just left standing in the hallway unsure of where to go because I thought there was another location in the office instead of back out at the admittance area. I just don't understand him.

He is very concerned about how his patients are feeling and very compassionate about helping you to decide what is the best treatment for your condition.
