Very responsive to my concerns about side effects I am experiencing with one of my medications. Offered alternative medication that could be used if side effects do not improve. Very strong listening skills.

I was honestly grateful for the kind welcoming interaction from the moment I walked thru the door (which was a bit late because of a traffic issue and then not able to locate the center correctly on my maps app)! The front desk were immediately calming and brushed it off like it was no problem at all.
