Santa Anna was professional, organized, and outstanding in every facet of my visit including the injection for my left knee!

I can't praise this clinic enough. I tell everyone about my providers.

Stephanie was very patient, kind, caring, and knowledgeable.

The caregiver answered the many questions I asked about my issue and my request for clarity about whether I was doing the correct care related to my injury. The doctor actually seemed pleased that I was asking the questions that she felt I was interested in following her instructions from my first visit. Was eager to listen and confirm my care was correct.

She was very thorough in her explanations.

Stephanie was phenomenal! She showed me my X-rays, gave me a copy of them and discussed my results and progress with me. She took time to address my concerns and answer my questions. She made eye contact and showed genuine care for my health. She conducted a thorough examination of my injury and explained what she was checking, why, and my results. As a Black Woman, I don't always receive the best care, but Stephanie treated me like a human being worthy of Exceptional medical care. I wish she had been the person treating me all along. Her wonderful bedside manner is something that should be modeled for the other physicians in this office. Everyone should receive the type of care she provides.
