Dr Richardson was very caring, kind and knowledgeable. He explained my situation and the options very well. He is cautious and level headed, which I appreciate. I feel very comfortable with his expertise and approach.

Dr. Richardson is a good listener, which I sometimes find unusual in a doctor. My primary care doctor and rheumatologist listen well, but I often feel like most doctors are focused on seeing me as quickly as possible. Dr. Richardson listens and asks questions. He often tells me side effects of medications I'm on and has talked to me about the safety of extra strength Tylenol, which my rheumatologist is conservative about recommending. I feel like Dr. Richardson has a broad knowledge even outside his specialty, and I trust what he says.
