I have been seeing Dr. Phillips for many years and have built a great deal of trust in her as a provider.

Dr. Phillips listened to my concerns and is doing her best to get to the bottom of it. In my years of having pain, she made sure that within that appointment we discussed what needed to be done and made it clear we would be following up together.

This appointment was better than most previous appointments. What makes each appointment terrible is that she is always rushed and distracted with how busy she is. I was the first appointment of the day, so this time she wasn't to that point yet.

The doctor and care providers are very thorough and answered all questions. She explained exactly what would be involved in the procedure and what I could expect afterwards. I felt as comfortable as I could be under the circumstances.

when I asked questions, it was suggested I have a follow-up, as this was a "well exam ". I left feeling uncertain. I'm assuming nothing was infected or un "normal", since nothing was said. My questions were about nothing urgent enough for it's own appointment.
