Dr. Phillips was probably one of the most caring doctors I have ever met. He allowed plenty of time for questions. He was honest about the situation, yet provided comforting information as well. He appeared as though he truly cared in spite of the fact that he had just met us.

Once we saw the doctor, he answered questions I didn't know I'd had. He was kind, personable, talked about the future. We've seen an ENT for years for my son who basically knows our whole family by this point, and this doctor gave me answers and guidance I didn't even know I needed. I wish this kind of healthcare were accessible to everyone.

*Dr. Phillips was patient covered everything such that we could understand it & answered all our questions. He did not rush. Also offered his direct email for follow up questions which was nice.
