Dr Wendy let me know all options for my heel, and ankle. She explained everything so that I could understand. And let me know what we need to do first.

Said ankle was sprained. Got brace & put on & said I needed physical therapy. Nothing about how long or how much to use brace. Daily? Hourly, always? Had secondary issue but was never given time to discuss. Left & did not come back.
