Excellent Dr. 5-star Service from the Dr. I've been treated all over the country and in the military. The Doc was courteous well educated, yet simplistic and to the point in the diagnosis. He made me feel confident and informed, as if the Dr was fully prepared for my appt/procedure, unlike others who have developed an "I'm super busy, you good... Gotta go mindset."

*Dr. Ness is a great doctor. The only problem is his schedule is so tight: His answers are easy to understand and he doesn't mind questions; I really appreciate him.

As I was telling him about my symptoms he stopped me mid sentence and said he didn't want to hear about past,he just wanted to know what my symptoms was that day. I finally had relief at that time so he just threw something out that I MIGHT have,,! (gerd) in which I don't

I have been going to see this doctor for a good while & he always address any questions I have. He address any problems or issues I have at the time of the visit & DOESN'T SAY: "we will see next time."

*Dr. Ness is very knowledgeable. He seems to want to impress one with this knowledge and, at times, presents himself as arrogant and smug.
