Provider seemed rushed. Didn't explain all the risks of treatment I read in the after visit summery.

Doctors need to know about the patient before coming in to speak with them. There should be a place in the patience record that indicates what the patient identifies as. My daughter was born a boy and transitioned to a girl. Therefore the doctor does not need to ask her about her menstruation cycle.This should already be in her records bc she saw an endocrinologist at Vanderbilt so the records are there.

Doctor was very receptive, took notes from what I was saying. I felt heard and he said he'd work on getting the medicine which was great!

The doctor was very focused but also personable. Discussed several issues in a manner that demonstrated his extensive medical knowledge and understanding. I was immediately confident in him.

I was very surprised on how much they cared about my problem and they really listen to me and explained things very good for me . Answered my concerns very patiently. They were nothing like I was expecting. They were great.

He seemed to listen and respond appropriately to what I said.

Dr. Eric Mukherjee is one of the first doctors that I've ever had that actually cares & shows it. He actually listens, cats, & wants to help. It literally makes a world of difference to have a provider that takes the time, doesn't act like they're better, and wants to help. 5 Stars all around.
