Didn't think about this before, but she just told me what needed to be done and did it. She explained all of it so I could ask questions and she made sure I understood so I wouldn't say it was a bad thing.

She also was somewhat rude at first. Acted like I was more of an imposition and was very over critical of thing I told her we're wrong with me. For example, autoimmune diseases, piccs and ports I've had etc she seemed very uninterested in almost everything I said. I felt she was very rude at first. Towards the end she was a little bit nicer but I think it was bc she was just trying to leave the room and end my appt. I felt very unheard.

Dr was great!!

I'm not sure if Dr. Mooney was having a bad day, but she made almost no eye contact. Whenever I would ask any questions she acted so I was in position. I'm not sure what the problem was but it I rarely ever get a doctor that I can't communicate with. She definitely was one.

I would encourage the provider (Mooney) to show more warmth at beside with patient. As a patient, I wanted more reassurance / warmth during the visit. The rest of the team/psr/xray techs all very upbeat and happy.
