Dr Moody was thorough and completely professional throughout this experience. She expressed her clinical reasoning while considering my desire to proceed with non- invasive strategies first.

Dr. Moody was not only rude, but also extremely rushed. She didn't take any of my concerns seriously and she had an attitude with me, as if she had something better to do. She didn't let me get through all my symptoms and she made me feel really stupid for coming In. I had some serious concerns about my health, and she completely dismissed them. I've never been to a less empathetic doctor and I would prefer not to see her again. Terrible experience. Spent my entire time with her crying out of frustration and the rest of the day crying out of frustration. Everyone there that I interacted with before and after seeing her was kind and empathetic, but she was the opposite. I've never seen a worse doctor.
