Without exaggeration, this was one of the best healthcare experiences I've had. Even though the procedure was uncomfortable and painful by nature, the rest of the experience was comforting and a pleasure. Everyone involved was conscientious, knowledgeable, kind, personable, etc. I've seen two HCPs at Vanderbilt and they have both been exceptional providers among the dozen or so I've previously interacted with.

Can't ask for a better person. Very comfortable asking or discussing anything with her.

Ms Renate was amazing. She showed concern for me and explained everything in great detail. She took the time let me know the importance of the procedure I needed. There was a cancelation after my appointment and so she did the procedure same day for me. She took into account that we drove 3.5 hours to see her. She was so kind. I left feeling more confident. I am beyond thankful that she spent so much time with me that day. I have been searching for answers and am so thankful to have found a provider who wants to help. She truly is a blessing.

I cannot express enough how pleased we were with Renate at this visit. She was incredibly informative and took all of our concerns into account. I feel confident in her ability to care for me.
