Dr. Mona was outstanding in explaining in detail the condition I had and what to expect or not expect. She was thorough, open to questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the information before I left. In addition, the Fellow she had assisting her was professional and paid attention to detail while also being very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I felt that this was a very impersonal consultant. The doctor didn't seem to want to listen to what I had to say, she seemed to have already made up her mind about my problem. She told me that she had already seen multiple other people today with the same problem, so I just felt like a number to her.
