My issues were brushed off by the resident and attending. I left with no solution and being told I could schedule a follow up in 6 weeks. Minimal effort was made to include me in decision making and my concerns were minimized with statistics. I left the appointment with the issue I came in and made a new appointment with another clinic. I'm not naive to healthcare and want my provider to advocate for me as I do my patients. That was just not the case here.

Dr Lin is a compassionate physician who takes the time to listen to any complaints and also takes the time to explain and answer any questions that were asked. Certainly cares about her patients
