I wish I had been able to discuss the possibility of a future surgery a bit more, however, he was incredibly busy and had more patients waiting. I completely understood his busy schedule and respected it.

Dr Kassis only spent about 1-1/2 minutes with me.

I saw Dr Assi. He was amazing. He appeared to be genuinely interested in my issues, explained possible solutions and their ease or difficulty and possible challenges and complications. He was very easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable and heard, and that I had a say in my treatment. He was also very aware of making me feel as comfortable as possible during the exam, always informing me of what or where he was going to touch and asking permission to do so. He also was very aware of my privacy and comfort during the exam. This was a very good experience!

Dr Alkassis and his team are very attentive to my needs and desires. They all have my best interest at heart.

Dr. Kassis was very understanding and took my condition seriously. He also spent time talking with me about some concerns I was having in general and made sure to answer all of my questions regarding what was happening, my treatment plan and upcoming procedure.
