I'm not sure if this Is just a function of telehealth - but I felt she did a lot more talking than I did. She didn't ask me much about myself and I think that should be the number one concern especially in an area of medicine/care such as this. She did make It a point to let me know that I should have known my weight prior to the appointment- however I scheduled an in visit appointment where my weight would have been checked. Her office was the one who changed it to a telehealth appointment the day before my appointment was scheduled. She made a point to let me know that in the future I should have that information. I felt admonished even after she admitted that it was short notice. I also told her that I don't weigh myself normally. As of matter of fact, I had Initially chosen a different physician, but this appointment became available and was offered and so I took It as an In-clinic visit. In addition, I honestly didn't feel like this care provider delved enough into my issues. I had mentioned to her that I was a health coach previously which in my mind should have triggered some further questions how long ago etc. She just told me a lot of things I already knew about nutrition and exercise and sleep. And then the list of options available. She was able to parrot back the things I told her, but honestly I didn't feel as if the doctor did a good job of reading the room so to speak - it was a first visit. I accommodated her schedule. It was telehealth. Weight loss is a highly sensitive issue. She was checking off boxes not getting to know me or connecting with my individual issue even without the weight number. I could have given her an estimate - from a previous weight from a recent appointment. Overall - I left the telehealth appointment feeling unknown to her.

She is always very responsive. She suggests things and is positive on the things I did well.

Hollie is very nice and relatable. She listens and is very knowledgeable in many areas

This provider is excellent!! Always careful to explain everything and asks if I have any questions

I can only get an appointment once every four months and the last two appointments have been unproductive. No medicine, no treatment plan, nothing.
