Dr Hester had already read the patient's records before we arrived and was prepared to ask questions and talk to use. The amount of research he did before we arrived plus the time he spent getting more information from the patient was impressive. He explained the diagnosis and our options very clearly. We are confident he's leading us in the right direction and will follow his recommendations. He also was so kind and patient!
