Dr. Helmer is always professional and very caring and concerned for health issues. She is very quick for scheduling any tests or other visits needed

I did feel the visit was a little rushed. It was all business.

Dr Helmer is genuine, logical, and thorough. She gave information and helpful treatment.

Didn't cover issues I had talked to the nurse about - seemed a impatient when I tried to explain my issue. Bedside manner not great. Would probably not recommend to someone else.

Dr. Helmer takes time to both listen to my needs and to explain why she recommends what she suggests for a treatment plan. It's wonderful having a provider who listens to you and doesn't put you in a box.
