Dr. Haynes is an excellent partner in my neurotological health. He explains/teaches rather than "tells" and helps me thoroughly understand my situation as well as my treatment plan. He is receptive to my bringing new information to the table, and provides a balanced viewpoint for my consideration.

If they can't help they refer you to another doctor, but you need to take the time to go over questions wit your patient especially if they traveled 5 hours to see you. Other then that he was trying to give his thoughts.
