*Dr. Haynes did an outstanding job explaining the surgical procedure and listening to our concerns. This was also true of the young doctor who saw me on my post-op visit. I would enthusiastically recommend either of them to my family and friends.

*Dr. Haynes spent time listening to my concerns. My previous doctor had told me I needed a permanent ear tube but was unsuccessful in his attempt to insert one. For a 2nd summer I had been treated with prolonged antibiotics for a mastoid infection but increased osteoarthritis symptoms complicated my treatment. *Dr. Haynes took time for a thorough exam despite the late hour and offered a hopeful new treatment regimen.

Waited 1 1/2 hrs. and doctor doctor only spent 5 min. with me. I had more questions about my cochlear implant surgery (5-6 guest) but he was running behind and rushed - very frustrating.
