Dr. Haynes was very professional and approachable. I would highly recommend him and the entire clinic staff. Jeremy Schott, program coordinator was exceptionally helpful in getting my appointment and following through as well.

Answered every question we had and took their time, so we could take notes, and didn't mind repeating when necessary. Caregivers only stopped when we were completely finished with all our questions being answered, and them thoroughly and completed answering our questions, diagnosis, options, and treatments.

Provider was very behind but was respectful to our need to get to an imaging appointment following his. He answered questions thoroughly while still monitoring time to get us moving along. We appreciated his ability to work with my communication limitations.

I had been to two different ENTs prior to Dr Haynes and had been experiencing hearing loss and pain in my ear for 6 months. no one had a clue what was causing my hearing loss. Within 10 minutes, he discovered what was wrong and removed a layer of skin that had grown over my eardrum: immediately I could hear again for the first time in months. incredible doctor with a passion for his patients. I was amazed . I cried all the way home because I could hear again.
