The resident did an excellent job of making me feel safe as he performed the maneuvers to see how different movements might cause my vertigo to worsen.Dr. Haynes gave a careful analysis relating the events involved in the recent fall to my past record and prescribing both an MRI to explore all possible causes plus therapy to prevent future problems. He expressed care and concern in a thorough, patient manner.
