Excellent bedside manner, great clinical acumen, and wonderful in terms of explaining what was happening. I particularly liked the use of the video endoscope so that I could see what the provider was seeing in the ear during the exam.

Dr Haynes is always pleasant and takes the time to show me what he is looking at on camera. however, I feel as time goes on - as I am only seen once per year for follow ups- the actual time spent in my appointment is less and less.
