  • after waiting an insane amount of time, the provider spent less than 10 minutes in the room. he was nice and knowledgeable. but certainly felt rushed and almost as if we had wasted everyone's time

  • he didn't put my mind at ease at all. she was scheduled to have an MRI to see if a cyst had grown in her spinal cord. he said since she's asymptotic that she didn't need another MRI. Well, she's always been asymptotic and the cyst was found on happenstance. I was also told the doctor could view her previous MRIs at Premier buot when I got there they couldn't view the. so I had to mail them.

  • We waited a very long time to be seen then waited more to see the dr. in the treatment room. When he came in we felt VERY rushed and of little importance. He spent almost no time with us (less than 5 minutes).

  • Had a very good interaction, the Dr. explained what was happening very well, gave practical and helpful tips for easing the pain and resolving the problem. He was encouraging.
