Karen is the best. Not only does she show real professionalism in treatment but she also takes the time to remember you personally and your issues.

She was just checking boxes concerning vaccines and preventative tests for someone my age. She did not discuss my issues thoroughly and later refused to prescribe my allergy medication without discussing that decision with me. She never responded to my online response to her message about that prescription. She acted like she knew nothing about Healthcare. I would have preferred to see a doctor who would have been able to discuss my Healthcare issues.

Absolutely had a wonderful visit with Karen Gordon, NP. She is very pleasant, understanding, and very present and thorough in explaining a detailed plan for my care. She also made a much needed Vanderbilt spine consult referral for me and made changes in my blood pressure medication. I left feeling heard and I Look forward to visiting her In the future.
