I have always loved Dr.Dykes. she always spent time listening and talking about my healthcare. However since the clinic became part of Vanderbilt Health I have felt like my appointments have been rushed. Fortunately my appointments have just been my yearly exams with no major issues.

No bedside manners; nurse & doctor made me feel like I was a waste of their time.

Dr Dykes seemed very rushed. She was impersonal and not very warm as compared to the other two team doctors I've seen at this office.

This dr does not have a bed side manner unless you call it brash and demeaning. She runs lukewarm to warm to cold. I always walk out of the exam room wondering why did I come back. The only reason, time and time again, is that it is very difficult to find a different doctor that is taking new patients. Very frustrated.
