  • Dr Daniels was so harried by earlier patient delays or unexpected events that you could tell he was trying hard to get to everyone, but trying to get through as quick as possible. We like and appreciate him so understand this is not norm for him.
    Patient | October 5, 2019
  • No _______ or explanation provided by caregiver for excessive delays other than "its not my fault".

  • Again, after waiting 3 1/2 hours he talked to me - talk is the wrong word - he was in the room approximately 5 min. I am sure he was aware I was unhappy about the wait, BUT HE DID NOTHING TO DIFFUSE the situation. No apology.
