NOTE: Some specialties and services require an appointment request. We will contact you to review your request. A referral from a primary care provider may be required prior to scheduling an appointment.
The Patient Rating score is an average of all responses to care provider-related questions on the nationally-recognized Press Ganey Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.
Patient Comments are gathered from the Press Ganey Patient Experience Survey and displayed in full. Patients are not identified in order to respect patient privacy.
It is possible some providers have not received the minimum of returned surveys we use to calculate the ratings and therefore have no ratings posted yet.
The appointment options you see will depend on your answers to the online scheduling questions. We may suggest additional providers, locations and times as you proceed.

For those making coverage selections during Open Enrollment season:
• Open enrollment for most employer-offered plans occurs in October and November. For Medicare, open enrollment runs from Oct. 15-Dec. 7. For individual plans under the Affordable Care Act, open enrollment is Nov. 1-Jan. 15.
• We don't expect significant changes in this list for the coverage year starting Jan. 1, 2026.
• We may not participate in all products offered by an insurance carrier and carriers may discontinue products for 2026. As you make your selections during open enrollment, please verify with the insurance carrier that you'll continue to be covered at a Vanderbilt Health facility or physician practice.
• We always accept traditional Medicare.
