The physicians explained everything very well, and made everything easy to understand, gave explanations for everything that was being administered. Thank you.

Both Kaitlyn and the nurse assistant (sorry I'm forgetting his name now!) were excellent. They were friendly, empathetic, and communicative.

Did a great job letting me know treatment options.

Mrs Brown was very kind and put me at ease fast. She answered all my questions and explained how to continue caring for my wound.

The provider had absolutely no concern for my daughter at all I feel like the visit was rushed and she also declined to give me a doctors note despite the fact my daughter has an injury and isn't 100% healed. It was the lack of concern for me and very unprofessional. She also stated she wanted to see my daughter back in a month but didn't give me a date nor did she schedule the follow up visit only had the nurse walk us out

Amazing experience

She was amazing also. She was super nice and figured out ways to get my child to do what was needed without being rude. I was very impressed. It was great to be heard and to have someone that was so kind to our daughter.
