The Dr was very personable and talked me through the procedure. It made me feel like a had made a good decision for treatment.

I was very impressed with Dr. Emily! She did a great job despite my very odd medical issue. She was willing to go above and beyond to make sure that the area was treated properly, and to minimize any discomforts that I had. She was very gentle, and extremely careful to make sure that nothing was hurting as she was working on my ear. (Nothing hurt at all.) She was very clear with a plan to follow up with the treatment and made sure I had every opportunity to ask questions. She has an excellent "bedside" manner and is a very positive, uplifting person. I have literally been through "h*ll and back" with this ear. I would absolutely trust Dr. Emily to work on my ear in the future. (I don't trust just anyone so this is the highest praise that I could possibly provide.) Out of 5 stars, I give her a 10!
