Great visit

I came to vanderbilt from being in a clinic where calls were not returned, where they were crowded waiting rooms with long weights and a surgeon who seemed impatient and brusque. This is a very scary time because I've been given the diagnosis of kidney cancer and was not getting access to my health providers between visits. So I felt I had to figure this stuff on my own . After meeting with Dr. Beckermann who was in listing a urologist to consult with during my appointment, I felt that I was being listened to and cared for. I felt like I left a lot of weight off at that appointment. She is very warm and compassionate

I am beyond thankful for the HCP & surgeons for saving my life & allowing me to spend many more years with my family. I would trust my life & the life of others to the group of doctors that helped me. Thank you so much.

Dr. Beckermann was excellent in her demeanor and was very helpful in explaining things to me and answering my questions. She took her time with me until all my concerns were addressed. Highly recommend her.
