Dr. Ball was excellent. I've never had a doctor spend an hour of his time working with me and the Abbott rep to work programs on my nerve stimulator to help the stimulator work with the leads that were put in place. He took a lot of time which tells me he cares and that makes me very happy. He is an excellent doctor.
