Dr. Albers uses complicated dermatological terms without much explanation. She was accompanied by another doctor who provided excellent explanations.

Care provider started the meeting 10 minutes late, a little aggravating.

I know many complain about having to wait a long time to see a provider. We hardly waited in the office and it was wonderful but her exam and assessments all happened so quickly, I felt as though I missed something. Next time I come in, I would feel better prepared with notebook and pen so I don't forget anything.

Excellent. Great discussion. Very understanding of where a 15yo is at right now during the pandemic and issues that they are facing. Very informative.

*Dr. Albers spent less than 5 min. w/me every time! She did not seem to care AT ALL. I would not recommend her to anyone! I can't believe we are paying SO MUCH for her service or lack there of!

the times we have seen Dr. Alber's, I feel the visit is rushed. My son has seen a free dermatologists and doctors regarding his skin issues...it is exhausting and it affects his self esteem/health...we come to discuss treatment not just generic help to get us in & out of the office...so not being rushed and thoroughly listened to would be great
