In addition to knowing what she's talking about, Kayla is also very empathetic, detail-oriented, thorough and concerned with how well I understand what she's saying; ie, diagnosis', proposed treatment plans, etc.

Ms. Hines was attentive to my concerns, gave me ample time to ask questions, and explained potential next steps should severe pain recur.
