It was hard to get in and was worked in because of needing care badly, but once I finally was able to get in, everything went quickly and awesomely!

My experience was very satisfying, I drove 45 minutes to get to the appointment but I would have driven an hour just to see Dr Ghandi , she is the consummate Primary Care Dr. For me , she's very knowledgeable and has great skills.

Dr. Ghaly spent lots of time listening and getting my medical history. As a new patient I appreciated that. She seemed knowledgeable and down to earth in our discussions.

In the past, I have recommended Dr. Gandhi to several individuals. Historically, I have found her to be approachable and empathetic. This was the exact opposite experience, and it will likely prevent me from returning to her practice. Her response to my concerns and frustration regarding my frequent sickness (Covid x2, influenza A, the common cold in less than 4 months) minimized my feelings and lacked all empathy. Instead, I was told that some of her patients have had Covid 3-4x in 6 months, which means I'm doing better. She was very resistant to even considering bloodwork to ensure nothing specific would be causing these issues. I found the whole 7 minutes to be very disheartening. My expectation for an appointment like this was to at least have my concerns and feelings validated, but that was not the case. I can appreciate that there are no true treatments, and her options were very limited. With that, I would have appreciated acknowledgement and kindness.

Dr. Gandhi is new to me. I had to leave my previous PCP whom I had seen for 30 years. I was afraid it would be an adjustment, but Dr. Gandhi made me feel very comfortable on my first visit and this visit. I really like her and she communicates well. I believe I am going to enjoy having her for a primary care physician.
